If you don’t have time to fire up your beloved screen capture tool, or if you just want to grab a screenshot of your entire screen as quick as possible, Windows 10 has a built-in hotkey combination to take and save screenshot instantly. If you have used Windows 8 before, you may already know this shortcut because it has been around ever since, but probably not for those who just recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
It’s Windows key + Print Screen key.
Hold these keys down together and the screenshot will be saved as a PNG image in the Screenshots folder, which is located in the Pictures folder. There is no need to copy and paste it in Paint application anymore. All you’ve got to do now is compress your screenshots before uploading any of them.
